This Southwest-inspired kitchen remodel on Chuckanut Drive was designed to bring warmth, color, and natural texture into a Pacific Northwest home. The clients loved the beauty of the PNW and the existing layout and functionality of their kitchen, but they wanted the space to better reflect their personal style and the Southwest design elements they love.

To create that warm, inviting feel, we incorporated a cheerful yellow cabinet color, brushed nickel hardware, and travertine backsplash tile. These finishes added brightness, texture, and a natural Southwest-inspired look while maintaining the kitchen’s practical layout.

A few cabinet modifications were made to accommodate new appliances, improving everyday function without changing the flow of the space. New pendant lights above the island completed the design and helped tie the whole kitchen together.

The result is a bright, welcoming kitchen remodel that blends Southwest-inspired warmth with the relaxed feel of a Chuckanut Drive home in the Pacific Northwest.
