This consultation not only helps us understand your preferences, but it also allows you to get to know us. Our phone call consultations are free of charge and no obligation.

Discovery Meeting

Next comes one of our favorite stages: meeting you and discussing the details of your project! Our extensive home remodeling experience means we can suggest the best materials, designs, and processes that bring your vision to life. If your project includes any aesthetic transformations, our in-house designer will be on hand to discuss the details with you.

3.

Written Estimate And Deposit

After we’ve reviewed the details, generated some ideas, and decided on the best and most cost-effective way to execute your plan, it’s time to put things into writing. We’ll break down all of the costs, including materials, time, and labor, and present you with a written estimate. Upon your approval, we will collect your initial deposit.

4.

Arrange Permits, Subcontractors, etc.

Some projects require building permits and/or subcontractors. You won’t have to worry about whether your construction needs city approval or how to obtain it. This is something we take care of on your behalf. We’ll stay in constant communication to let you know if we need permits or incur additional fees to start your project. We’ll also start hiring any subcontractors needed for the job. We only work with the best and most trusted companies and individuals to ensure you receive the highest level of quality.

Choose Start Date

Once all of these details are settled, the next step is to agree upon a start date that works with everyone’s schedule. The goal is to develop a timeline that works well for you and your family, our team and the suppliers.

Project Commencement

Next comes the fun part: starting your project! As we progress, we welcome your input, questions, and presence. If you want to be hands-off, that’s fine, too. We’ll keep you updated with regular communication regarding your project. Should you change your mind or want to take your project in a new direction, don’t hesitate to let us know. We make flexibility a high priority, as our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Remember, this is your project.

7.

Walkthrough

As your project enters its final stages, we invite you to a final walkthrough to see our work. This is an important step as we want your 100% satisfaction. If you request any changes or have any questions, this is the time to discuss them.

Even after the final walkthrough, Chris and Alexa will check in periodically to ensure everything is functioning well. We know it’s a big investment and truly want you to love your new space!

8.

Final Payment
Once we have completed the project, had our final walkthrough, and ensured your 100% satisfaction, we will bill you for your final payment. It’s always hard to say goodbye to our clients after a project, and we welcome you to stay in touch with any future questions or feedback you may have.
